Senior Sales Manager -(500强欧美独资公司，世界领先的电子马达及齿轮减速机马达生产商华东区销售管理职位)

Lead Sales and Support team in Shanghai to increase sales and provide excellent customer support in East China. |
2. Duties & Responsibilities (By Category and %) Please group the job duties into major areas of responsibilities beginning with the most important responsibilities. |
- Develop and Manage local (indigenous) as well as foreign new accounts in East China for LS motors (40%) with a focus (but not exclusively) on the following markets: o HVAC/R o Air Compressors o Wind power o Light Machinery (Packaging, Extrusion, winders, test rigs, etc…) o Hoisting and Material Handling - Manage and Lead East China Region Sales team to grow sales in the area (20%) - Manage and support all existing accounts in East China area (20%) - Monitor and evaluate market trends, customer needs, competitor actions and regulations in this area. (10%) - Provide excellent service to all customers in the area (10%) |
