JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for business growth (revenue and margins) by developing overall marketing and sales strategy and developing key customers.
Typical Responsibilities Include:
P?&L of product lines
Develops? sales and marketing objectives for products, solutions including sales volume and price.
Monitors? and reports on the positioning of the products in the market to all the areas to allow suitable decision-making.
Provides? and reviews the sales tools to sales force.
Recommends? the execution of sales objectives and promotional program
Interprets? market research and customer response to define product and service offering.
Initiates? new product development and new product launch by working with technical team , sales team and other support teams
Drives? product testing based on market needs and customer feedback
Provides? the product training to internal employee and external channel
Maintains? pricing management to keep the business momentum
Develops? business model including distribution and key accounts
Knowledge and Skills:
? Demonstrated track records of success in marketing, sales and business development
? Good technical and process skills with the ability to work with technical data to ensure fact based decisions
? Demonstrated effectiveness in communication in both English and Chinese
? Strong supply chain and value chain knowledge
? Ability to creative thinking
? Knowledge of marketing, sales and promotion.
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across a matrix organization
Degree
? BS Major in Technical or Business Required
Comments:
? Min.5-year sales or marketing
? Min.3-year sales or marketing management experience in the appliance industry, preferably servicing "Tier 1" suppliers.
