职位描述
Overall Purpose
§ Overall responsibility of construction job-site for HSE, quality, cost and schedule. Establish localized construction management team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
§ Leadership of site team to ensure all applicable codes and standards are followed properly
§ Direction to subcontractors for ensuring construction work to be performed in proper manner
§ Setup of site management system
§ Supervision of construction QA/QC and commissioning activities
§ Interface with authority and client during construction
§ Construction activity scheduling and tracking
§ Preparation of construction progress reporting
§ Construction communication management
§ Review and validation of CCR's
§ Other ad hoc tasks required by line manager.
Qualifications
§ Education: Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering or equivalent.
§ Minimum 12 years experience in the chemical project construction, EPC project background preferred.
§ Good experience of construction manager for EPC project, and having managed a least two project construction sites (project sizing is not less than 200 million RMB - TIC).
§ Foreign Language: Being capable of reading, writing and speaking English fluently.
§ Good knowledge of construction skill and site management.
§ Good knowledge of construction permitting and authority approval.
