职位描述
Essential Functions:
· Preparing Level 1 - 4 schedules for Engineering, Procurement & Construction phases
· Prepare Key Milestone Engineering schedules for Conceptual, Basic & Detail Engineering
· Project Schedule Reporting (Level 1-4 schedules, look-ahead schedules, progress reports)
· Create Resource Loaded schedules with manhours (resource loading) and cost (cash flow)
· Analyze schedule impact of changes and variations to the Scope of Work.
· Defining & conducting Critical Path Analysis
· Quality Control (ensuring planning/scheduling are performed in accordance with Lend Lease standards.).
· Interface Coordination (with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Vendors & Sub-Contractors)
Experience and Qualifications:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum of 5 years experience as a Planner / Scheduler or Project Controller (Planning)
· User of Primavera or P6
· have good communication skills & good spoken English
