职位描述
Reports to Role(s): Marketing Coordination Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
The specialist is responsible for managing POS design process and monitoring POS Decoration
ACCOUNTABILITIES
l Achieve annual store number target and budget;
l Works within an integrated/systematic process with key internal and external suppliers and customers;
l Follow up and monitor the PoS update status, and release the support to dealers after the final check;
l Design concepts and standards applicable for company culture and image;
l Develop and manage the design standards documentation fo POS and keep it updated;
l Participate in the design and construction of special project;
l Organize and manage all suppliers to finish their job in terms of drawings and construction schedule
l Coordinate the PoS update among HG marketing department, HG field sales team, HG dealers and designing company;
l Identify and create local PoS tools, like displays/posters/panels, etc to support the showroom presentation.;
l Showroom location check and price negotiation with mall management if required.
l Responsible for managing the construction if required;
l Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Knowledge:
l College degree or above, major in interior design or construction design related fields
l Good English skills both oral and written
l Be familiar with AutoCAD/Photoshop/MS Office
l At least 1 year work experience in Office/store/Commercial design or construction design management
Skills:
l Good at Vendor selection, management and effective communication
l Impressive communication and negotiation skill
l At least 1 year work experience in Office/store/Commercial design or construction design management Marketing experience
l Willingness to learn and potential of development
l Strong sense of ownership and initiative
l Team spirit
l Creative, Self-motivated
l Well-organized, attentive to details
l Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, aggressive timelines as well as multiple overlapping projects at one time
