QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Meet Sales and MI objective to fulfill company's business target.
?Develop new business, customers and manage distributors to increase the market share.
?Promote Cytec products and implement promotion program based on Cytec's business strategy
?Manage customer credit and account receivables to ensure the cash flow and avoid bad debt.
BUSINESS/TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES (Must have):
