职位描述
Job Output:
l Be responsible for implementing the environmental, health and safety (EHS), policies and procedures of the plant, the corporation and the government. Assist in establishing the EHS management system and the Armstrong Advanced Flooring Company (AAFC) Safety System. Ensure all operations, maintenance, administration and other related services and activities are performed in a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly manner so that all employees are injury free and have a level degree of consciousness about safety and environmental issues. Coordinate control of hazards to ensure hazard minimization and regulatory compliance. Effectively support of all safety, health and environmental initiatives to drive results and a culture of zero accidents. Support EHS Supervisor to ensure compliant EHS management and implement assigned tasks.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
l Learn, understand and implement the prescribed EHS policies, procedures and standards of AAFC.
l Including the AAFC Safety System, corporate EHS policies, AAFC policies and local and national regulations.
l Maintain all documentation and files related to policies, regulatory compliance records, training and licensing, SOP's, and other miscellaneous records and systems.
l Communicate regularly with plant employees for purposes of awareness, training and auditing
l Advice on the plant of new and revised governmental regulations related to EHS; advise the management team of impact of changes and suggests improvements.
l Advise on hazards and risks and their control. Implement proactive plans for preparedness.
l Interact with inspectors during audits and follow up to ensure compliance with requirements; act as contact person with other plants and corporate SHE resources
