职位描述
Criteria for position:
l Education - Relevant Degree for the position
l Minimum 5 years experience working in Utilities/Energy field ( *position requires strong functional knowledge and capability - "hands-on" role )
l Minimum 3 years management experience - preferably in Utilities/Energy and preferably with multi-site responsibility.
Key Elements of role:
l Optimize Utilities operations - environmental performance, energy efficiency, operating cost, reliability etc.
l Identify Energy Intensity improvement opportunities and drive execution of projects ( ref. INVISTA corporate and China 12th 5YP goals )
l Interface with global OPEX Energy team, overseeing each site's Energy program and ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of Scorecards and KPI reporting
l Manage all Utility and Energy related Government Interactions - coordinate compilation, validation and submission of all routine and non-routine reporting.
l Provide engineering consultancy to ensure that world class Technology, best operating and Maintenance practices, and Energy Intensity goals are considered during "Front End Loading" phases of new Capital projects.
