Planning Supervisor-浦东（地铁沿线）

Description
This position interfaces with the customer service team, manufacturing team, sales team and implements Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP)
Leading China planning team including HOCO planner and plant planner to fulfill listed responsibilities.
Responsibilities
1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities and implement a personal safety action plan.
2. In charge of the balance of the responsiveness and the manufacturing efficiency.
3. Responsible for the development and implementation of the HOCO's production control functions including master scheduling, production planning/coordination, ship scheduling, and dispatching cooperating. Develops, implements, and approves items such as material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labor variance controls, and manufacturing performance （bill to production order reporting）.
4. Responsible for planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures.
5. Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance, and process procedures. Receives predetermined work assignments with specific instructions.
6. Responsible for company desired inventory level to clean up all dead and slow moving inventory to saving the manufactory cost . Manage inventories to target levels.
7. Optimize the order allocation among production plants.
8. “As-is” SOP process improvement.
9. Set up raw materials inventory management model. Review safety stock on monthly basis.
10. Support plant physical inventory and cycle count. Review SMOI.
11. Consolidate sales forecast and market trend analysis. Provide suggestions to manufacturing capacity solution and site alternatives.
12. Provide suggestions to the decision making about OEM or in-house production.
13. Other related work assigned by his/her manager and the company from time to time
Job Requirements
Experience and background:
？ Bachelor degree. At least 5 years working experience in Master planning or Plant scheduler field.
？ Good outside-in perspective.
？ Working experience in FS system or SAP is preferred.
？ Good computer skills in Ms. Excel(Ms. Visio is additional plus).
？ Practical Experience in SAP.
？ Proficient oral and written English.
？ Capability in independent works environment.
？ Experience in supply chain design and re-design are preferred.
？ Strong communication skill as well as analysis skill.
？ Proficient oral and written English.
