职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Employment of all facility personnel, including the hourly and supervisory workforce
2. Development and delivery of all local training related to: policies & procedures, safety, supervision, performance management & appraisal, benefits, and others as deemed necessary by the Managing Director
3. Administration of company policies and procedures
4. Maintaining accurate governmental records for compliance under all PRC employment laws
5. Development and execution of an effective and proactive plan for employee relations, communications and activities: "open door", employee guidance, employee work groups, etc.
6. Managing and implementing the Performance Appraisal System
7. Administration and control of Worker's compensation issues: corporate reporting of related claims and conducting incident investigations in a timely manner
8. Provide counsel and guidance to local site management in disciplinary actions
9. Participation in local community activities to facilitate a positive image as a "top employer"
10. Attendance in corporate training events and meetings as required
11. Coordinate with HR Department
12. Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelors degree level or higher in Human Resources or related business fields.
2. Must possess 5 years human resources experience in a manufacturing environment preferably machinery/equipment with extensive training experience. at least 1-2years in supervisor position
3. Bachelor Degree or plus in HR , management or related field
4. Familiar with PRC labor law and strong skill to handle labor relationship
5. Good communication skills in coordination
