RESPONSIBILITIES
? Dealing with customer order, and order processing in QAD system
? Cooperating with operation/logistics/buyer closely to provide OA (order acknowledgement) to customer.
? Ensure on time delivery to customer.
? Maintain a right price list with customer.
? To coordinate with the related department for customer complaints or returns.
? Adhere to company policy, administration procedures and practices.
? Build and maintain an effective customer mailing list.
? Other duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor Degree, CET-4 is a must;
? Previous customer service experience preferable.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Ability to provide a highly personalized approach to client interaction.
? Flexibility with regards to working hours/days.
? Willingness to work in a busy and often pressured environment.
? Professional outlook.
? Passion for fashion and quality products.
