职位描述
Strategic Responsibilities:
1. Have a regularly safety inspection & housekeeping in warehouse, to make sure SHE regulations have been followed.
2. Co-operate with purchasing, import, planning and QC to make a receiving plan.
3. Follow up a monthly stock taking procedure, co-work with warehouse keeper to check physical goods with the record in ERP.
4. Keep the stock in warehouse with 100% equal situation between physically and system side
5. 5.5S management; warehouse area clear definition;
6. Warehouse workflow & process definition and improvement;
7. Control and check the stock in warehouse regularly, to make sure every part situation is clear, keep every unclear thing out of warehouse
8. Make sure the goods movement been right booked in system at once for Goods received, Goods issue, Goods transfer;
9. Keep the first in first out for goods received and goods issue;
10. Regular training the warehouse operators to fit plant grow requirements;
11. Make the support if other functions need warehouse support.
Requirements :
1. At least 5 years warehouse experience, 2 years management experience is preferred;
2. College or above, major in logistics or mechanical is preferred;
3. Forklift driver license
4. Hazard material handling license.
5. Be familiar with ERP;
6. Good English skills;
