DUTIES OF POSITION:
1. Responsible for resale orders following up and releasing;
2. Interfacing with different internal and external parties for on-time delivery;
3. Working with Finance to clear accounting process;
4. Maintaining a good record and filing system to ensure contracts are under good maintenance and custody
5. Help to satisfy customers’ requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. BS degree in International Business or English;
2. Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office application and SAP; Knowledge on electromechanical is preferred.
3. 1+ years working experience in customer service or relevant functions;
4. Work for a multinational company in industrial environment;
5. Very good communication skill;
6. Good command of English both in spoken and written, CET-6 is required.
