Job Title	Accountant
Department	Finance
Location	Chengdu, China
Duties & Responsibilities include	- Review Revenue Recognition based on the PRC & US GAAP, and communicate with business on a professional and effective way - Support Business and Data Controller for Peoplesoft jobs - Well understand the business and incentive scheme for each business line, and calculate staff incentive accordingly - Provide timely and accurate Accounts Receivable report to Regional Finance and Business Lines - Proactively work with business for debts follow up - Work with Dalian SSO for collection update in accounting system - Support Shanghai Finance team for month end close and reporting - Work with CQ Finance for West Hub Actual and Forecast - Manage billing and fapiao process, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Be responsible for AR reconciliation and Fapiao Reconciliation on a monthly basis - Support Finance Manager for monthly Forecast and annual budget - Support Internal and External Audit - Make recommendations to improve invoicing and collection procedures - Ad-hoc assignment from Finance Manager or Shanghai Finance Team
Our ideal candidate should possess	- Accounting / Finance Bachelor degree - 3+ years accounting/reporting/budgeting experience - Big firm audit background preferable - Good English communication skills are needed as this position frequently interact with finance team - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel) Package and prefer those with experience of Peoplesoft - Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadlines - Responsible, responsive and self-motivated person
