Purpose of the position
Reliability management of electric equipment of LGN all sites for improvement and keep electric system reliability
为了提高并保持电气系统的可靠性，对LGN 各厂区的电气设备进行可行性管理
Principal responsibilities
Electric technology management, fit standard management requirements
？ Special electric device SOP edit for operation standard, ensure operator can operate all special electric device by instruction of SOP/为了使操作标准化，对特殊电气设备进行SOP 的编制，确保操作工能在SOP 指导下操作所有特殊的电气设备
？ Temporary power supply approval and implementation/临时电源的批准及执行
？ Substation and distributor device(including UPS), environment condition, technical, documentation, tools management/变配电站的设备(含UPS)、环境条件、技术、资料、工器具管理
？ Technology training and instruction to E&I technician/对仪电技工的技术培训及指导
Electric predictable maintenance and repair, ensure electric system to fit operation requirements
？ Electric spare parts management, including storage ration, PR, complementarity etc, payment for relative PR,ensure no impact to operation by electric spare parts /电气备件管理，包括贮备定额制定，采购申请，补充等，相关采购的付款，确保不因备件原因影响生产
？ Electric Maximo data collection, loading and review, fit requirement of Maximo team /电气Maximo 数据收集、上线及核查， 满足Maximo 团队的要求
？ Electric CM application, PM, CM and other MSR implementation, ensure all electric maintenance and repair requirement can be responded/电气CM 的申请，PM、CM 和其它MSR 的执行，确保所有的电气维护和检修申请能得到执行
？ Maintenance and repair’s scenario design, risk assessment, preparation, contractor management，technology instruction, safety inspection and management etc/维护及检修的方案设计，风险评估，准备，PTW 和相关工作票的办理，承包商的管理，技术指导，安全监护及管理等
？ Operation hidden trouble recording and removal/电气隐患记录并排除
？ Reliability review action plan framer and implementation/可靠性审计的行动计划的制订及执行
？ EMOC application/EMOC 的申请
Support to operation, ensure no impact to customer or process operation
？ Electric trouble and incident removal/电气故障的排除
？ Routine specialist inspection /例行专业检查的执行
？ Support to Ops. Team for operation/对工艺运行的支持
？ Mobile wait for emergency call around clock/电话24小时待机以备紧急响应
？ Communication to NBS relative electric person/与宁钢相关电气人员的沟通
Required key skills (functional/technical)
1. electric design, operation, maintenance skill /电气设计、运行、维护技能
2. electric engineering knowledge/电气工程知识
3. familiar with office software/熟悉办公软件
4. English listening, expressing, reading and writing skill/英文听、说、读、写技能
Required qualifications/experience
1. electric engineer with over 5 years experience
2. electric specialty graduate
3. over 5 years electric engineering experience
4. over 5 years electric operation and maintenance experience
