Responsibilities:
1 Cash and bank: mainly responsible for payment, collect bank slips and keep clear filing, prepare account reconciliation, setup e-banking system etc.
2 Monthly closing: supports to finish monthly closing including journal entries
3 Sales Analysis: supports to finish weekly sales reports, and prepare analysis to Management Team.

4 Dealing with banks with respect of day to day transactions as well as annual registration/renewal tasks

5 Initiate regular payment schedule via online banking platform

6 Perform initial cash flow analysis
7 Supports on ad hoc tasks

Requirements:
1 Accountancy Degree from an accredited university.
2 Sound working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and taxation issues
3 Ability to function in a multi-cultural matrix reporting structure
4 Proficiency in MS-Excel is critical & knowledge of other MS Office and accounting products is desirable
5 Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
6 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Extremely self-motivated
7 Fluent in both spoken & written English
