Technical Manager海外市场-500强建筑外墙一线品牌,加大投资新增职位,汇报GM,前景广阔,福利丰厚
Location : Shanghai, China
Reports to : GM
Responsibilities/Tasks
职责/任务
1. Visit overseas sales offices and design institutes and establish and keep good relationship with them.
2. Assist to organize technical seminars in overseas design institutes.
3. Collect project information from overseas design institutes and obtain support and products’ technical
specification.
4. Work as a part of overseas sales teams to win projects by providing technical service including preparing
technical proposals, connection drawings and answering technical questions raised by designers, owners and
curtain wall companies.
5. Develop sales tools to communicate a tailored Company value proposition in order to convince architects
and façade consultants to write project specification in favor of the Company offering.
6. Cooperate with design institutes and curtain wall companies to finish rear-ventilated system’s connection
drawings, panel processing drawings, profile processing drawings and detail drawings.
7. Understand overseas market, estimate key factors that influence customers to make decisions, and propose
overseas market development strategies.
8. Develop knowledge base on Company global architectural projects, systems and solutions and have
relevant training to overseas sales offices.
9. Collect information of competitors and develop a knowledge base on competitors.
10. Provide sales forecast of overseas market by cooperating with overseas sales offices.
Education background, relevant professional skills
岗位所需学历及相关专业技能
1. Bachelor degree majored in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering or Mechanical Design.
2. 5+ years’ working experience and at least 2 years proven successful experience in related market, construction
industry experience is definitely a plus.
3. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
4. Solid entrepreneurship and customer oriented. Good sense of service and proactive in delighting customers.
5. Good presentation skills and able to present the company and its product confidently.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive mind and good team spirit.
7. Good command of Auto CAD and analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Could frequently abroad on business.
