Sigma 专家（欧美独资，汽车行业领先公司,世界500强）
Report to： 6 Sigma Department Manager （PRC）
Work Location： 嘉定北，靠近太仓（公司提供班车）
Industry： 汽车/化工
Principle Accountabilities:
? Support to Lead the Program Management Office (PMO) to meet the needs of journey.
? Manage the improvement projects through Six Sigma methodology in the site.
? Manage variances and deviations to have the sustainable performance and its growth.
? Driver the employee’ engagement of the activities and promote the suggestion progress.
? Coordinate work streams activities and leverage the site resources.
? Develop site personnel / resources of continuous improvement through progress.
? Set up the foundation of continues or sustainable improvement through progress.
Skill and Knowledge Required:
? University degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
? 2-3 years or above experience in manufacturing functions in chemical industry.
? Experience in Multi-national companies or coating industry is preferred.
? Motivated attitude with leadership and people developing skills.
? Good command of English communication skill.
? GB certified preferened.
