● Position: Sr. Quality Controller Engineer
● Report to: Global purchasingDirector (USA)
● Global Sourcing团队里的第一个中国区，QC Engineer, 未来极有可能被提升为经理

Responsibilities:
● Conduct quality inspection of applicator raw materials and finished goods made in Asia Pacific region. Ensure all goods meeting specification before being shipped to US or other regions.
● Assist suppliers set up a solid quality control system, including in coming raw material/component inspection, in process quality control and out going quality control. So all raw materials and finished goods meet the agreed upon specification between SW and the supplier
● Assist the suppliers on problem solving process to find the root cause and elimate the problem permantely
● Keep a complete updated file of all testing methods, and specification at APPO office. May translate those document from English to Chinese.
Requirements:
● This person must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
● A BS degree in industrial engineer or mechanical engineer is preferred.
● At least 5 years of working experience in Quality Control system, especially experience of establishing & training of manufacturing quality control system.
● Training in 6-sigma black belt and statistical data analysis is preferred.
● Fluent in writing and oral English.
● Require up to 30% travel.
● Organized & pay attention to details.
