职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Review & evaluate factory performance and implement policy and procedure to improve the overall production targets to achieve.
2. Manage the production operations and processes for electrical and electronics products.
3. Monitor and control the use of production cost, materials, quality & delivery with on-time schedule.
4. Improve the production operating policy and management systems.
5. Responsible for workshop on-job training to improve work-related skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
1. Degree or above in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 10 years solid experiences in automotive manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years at production manager position at MNC;
3. Possess strong strategic planning and communication skills
4. Experience in DC motor, thermal products will be a plus
5. Strong in decision making & have strong sense on both production and quality issues
6. Able to lead the team to achieve the company target with strong planning and controlling technique;
7. Familiar with ERP system operation preferably;
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
10. Immediate available is preferred
11. Knowledge in Lean, Six-Sigma process is an advantage.
