position summary
1.Develop and implement annual automation project plan; and supervise automation activities with the objective of ensuring that automation project meets internal & external customer's requirement;
2.Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback; monitor, develop and motivate them;
3.prepare and follow up the related materials; and monitor the policy execution in order to ensure the procedures and policies in line with corporate standards and by obeyed by employees .
4.Create automation development strategy and road map .
5.Help management team to make cost saving from automation perspective .
6.As team member to support operation team on production efficiency improvment .

knowledge and skills
1.Education - College/Univerisity
Bachelor degree,major in Mechanical or automation field
2.Language -
Reading and spoken English is must
3.Computer-software packages & other knowledge or skill -Skill in Pro-E, AutoCAD
4.Working Experiences/Core Competence (please be specific) -
(1)10 years or above work experience on automatic machine & equipment design and development;
(2)Minimum 5 years experience in management level;Good communication skill;
(3)Good Analytical skills on defining Root Cause/s and or Preventive Actions;
(4)Strong leadship and trategic thinking .
(5)Result orientation and more hands on .
