1.-Manage the engineer and technician staff of Shenzhen E&V sensor development group
2.- Secure resources to completion of programs in time and cost.
3.-Put in place and apply design & verification rules from France site in all development steps from prototyping, development and serial life (support to production)
4. Secure good synchronization and information exchange between Shenzhen and France eng team for design of product without incident.
5.Support Shenzhen production team / purchasing team during industrialization and introduction of new component in production
6.Write/improve verification/test/development procedures based on lesson learns or evolution of design complexity.
7.Train new engineer or technician of the company integrating the eng. team
8 You will collaborate with the electrical/mechanical/software manager of France to
*Build Design specification.
*Build support for communication on on-going design
*Coordinate electrical/mechanical work at Shenzhen during the project
*Coordinate planning between on-going project and manage reporting to the France technical management staff
