Position: Sr. DFM/DFT Engineer
Direct Report to: R&D manager
Work Location: Shanghai

Position Purpose:
The position is set up to ensure any type antenna will be designed in a way that is suitable for manufacturing process as well as having a reasonable manufacturing cost

Responsibilities:
1. Design for manufacturing making production more reliably
2. Development of design to manufacturing rules and best practice
3. Defines the production assembly strategy during the design phase
4. Design and construction of production tools within product development teams
5. Design for testing as well as defines, develops and implements production test strategies for new products.
6. Executes assembly, integration testing, verification and validation of building blocks and model systems with different complexity

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree with rich experience of DFX
? Over 5 years’ experience of RF Products design
? Proven experience of RF Products design
? Good understanding of RF Products manufacturing process
? Familiar with RF Products component manufacturing process (for instance sheet metal, plastic molding, die-casting and etc,)
? Good sense antenna testing knowledge
? Ability to manage a virtual team across functions to fulfill any specific task
? Good English speaking and writing
? Analytical, responsible, dependable and open-minded
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Dedication and full of energy
