Responsibilities:

Coordinating all quality efforts in each Team Project execution location.
Liaison with the Client Quality Manager
Developing the quality standards required to ensure quality compliance within all engineering,procurement, and construction activities.
Assessing material suppliers and construction contractors to meet the quality requirements of the project.
Maintaining project QA records for all phases of the project.
Ensuring the establishment of a QA program in line with the functional and Client requirements for the project.
Approving project audit schedules.
Conducting project audits, as required.
Approving project activity quality plans.
Appointing QA representatives on projects.
Maintaining QA function records.
Facilitating the smooth turnover of all quality assurance and quality control records to Owner at the completion of the project.


Qualifications & Experience:
10 Years QA/QC experience in Engineering & Construction
cGMP / Pharmaceutical Experience
5 Years in Site Quality Lead/Manager Position
University Diploma, (or equivalent), Major at Engineering
Registered Auditor will be preferred


KEY Competencies:
Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000 series “Quality Standards”
Knowledge and understanding of ASME, AWS, GB and related standards
Knowledge and understanding most of Material, Mechanical, CSA, Electrical and Painting/Insulation etc
Effective application of ISO 9000 series and Company procedures
Effective communication skills, fluency in English
Effective report writing, document management and PC skills
