Description & Key duties:
Based on Shanghai.
Responsible for all aspects of office administration including high level administrative tasks.
Manage a wide variety of service contracts with external providers/Sub- contractors.
Preparing a variety of reports.
Order and sales contract (management)
Manage the company obey with local or industrial policy,regulation and rules
Need to find a location for a new office, take care of all paperwork, office decorating , and assistant to set up local company.
High level liaison with relevant local government authorities.
Responsible for presentations, calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements;
Performs any job-related assignments as required.
Work directly to the Country manager.
Required experience and skills:
Professional experience:
Extensive experience managing administrative tasks
Fluent in both English and Mandarin - both spoken and written
Leading and motivating sub-contractors
Bachelor degree or above
A proven track record of at least 5 years in the field of office management, supervision of staff, and the coordination and prioritization of workflows, in a bi-lingual, multi-cultural environment.
Proven ability to work effectively with and motivate team members and with staff at all levels.
Personal capabilities:
A self-starter who is comfortable interacting with a variety of people from different backgrounds
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication / interpersonal skill.
Ability to multi-task efficiently while still meeting deadlines
High level of communication and negotiation skills, including with senior level government and private sector interlocutors.
? Team spirit but able to work independently.
? Strong sense of urgency and results oriented
? Hard working
