- Establish, maintain and manage quality management system
建立、维护并管理公司质量管理体系
- Manage and control quality of all production processes
管理并控制公司各生产流程的质量
- Prepare quality target, quality plan, etc, to ensure the running of quality system; training and building quality team.
制定质量目标、质量计划等，确保公司质量体系的正常运行，并培训和提升内部团队
- Monitor and audit all quality work of company, professtional support in complants handing from customer and to supplier, to satisfy customer requirement, to ensure required product quality, analyze and reduce scraps, reworks&failure cost
对公司所有质量工作进行监督审核、为客户和供应商投诉提供专业支持；满足客户要求，保证产品质量，分析和减少废品、返修品以及事故损失
- Implementation of group procedures&standards, support for plant leader and regional leader, priority & schedule coordination for function flowcharts
执行集团的程序和标准，支持工厂和地区的领导，优先或按计划配合工作
- Optimization of measuring concept & methods, measurements implementation for quality improvement capacity.
优化计量理念和方法，执行能够改进质量的方法，并准备计量计量设备能力计划

- Reduce inventory and follow up on receivable accounts
其它上级安排或公司安排的工作


Requirements资质要求

- Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical manufacturing relevant
本科以上学历，机械制造相关专业
- At least 10 years working experience in the fields of Quality management or mechanical manufacturing
10 年以上质量管理领域或机械行业的工作经验
- Good communication and presentation skills in English
良好的英语沟通及语言表达能力
