Summary
Must：
？ 农林学校本科毕业
？ 接受翻班
？ 熟悉木板质量控制
？ 2年以上工作经验
Plus：
？ 熟练的英语应用能力
？ 木材行业工作背景
Job Output:
？ Product quality control, to make sure products built in site are correctly following quality control requirements
？ Working closely with other departments like Engineerin, Production, Logistics and HR to ensure necessary supports are obtained to sustain production operations.
？ Supporting plant’s initiatives such as safety, production and quality processes.
？ QC management
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
Safety, Health and Environment
？ Lead/participate/support plant’s safety policies to prevent safety incident and accident
？ Promote plant’s housekeeping efforts (5S) to ensure a clean working environment at all time
？ Direct crew(s) to follow Environment Management System to prevent hazard materials spills
Incoming quality assurance and supplier management
？ Incoming raw material inspection, non-conforming material handling.
？ First article inspection, new supplier evaluation.
？ Score to supplier periodically.
In-process quality assurance:
？ On-line quality inspection,
？ Case study, issue investigation and feedback.
？ Stop line authorization.
？ Engineering change management.
Product quality assurance
？ Carton inspection and container inspection.
？ Customer communication
？ New product introduction.
Measures of Effectiveness
？ Safety, health and environment – number of infractions to SHE guidelines and policies
？ Schedule adherence – number of case study, %of NPI schedule adherence.
？ Process effectiveness - % carton inspection yield, % incoming inspection yield
？ Team building and development – level of employee satisfaction (1-10) and knowledge on key processes
Organizational Relationships
？ Reports to QC Manager
？ Supervises crew members
？ Interact with other supervisors

Internal

Education & Work Experience:
？ At lease two years of wood flooring experience
？ Bachelor degree
？ Two years or more supervising experience
？ Good communication and interpersonal skill
？ Good computer skill of Microsoft Office
