Profile
？ Be Responsible for purchasing of non-inventory materials, CAPEX, service and commodities in line with Global Purchasing strategies, goals & outcomes. This should be carried out in such a manner that optimum costs and payment terms are obtained.
？ Indirect Purchase PR to payment process control and optimization, coach and train the end users to follow up the process.
？ Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the standardization projects and achieve annual indirect purchasing saving target.
？ Be responsible for contract negotiation and sourcing effectively to meet end users’ requirement.
？ Enhance supplier management via leading the supplier qualification and assessment process,
？ Commodity material supplier analysis, understand cost driver, cost modeling, and feedstock market situation
？ Work closely with cross-functional team on commodity supplier development, reduce single source and increase competitiveness.
？ Work closely with Planning & IQC to ensure smooth supply and support quality complaint and delivery issues
Qualification:
？ Bachelor degree, preferred major in related engineering, chemistry or business
？ More than 5 years indirect material sourcing and purchasing experience, especially on engineering, MRO, HSE, CAPEX, and Admin
？ Experience of working in an international chemical company is referred
？ Good communication & project management skills
？ Familiar with indirect purchasing process, policy,
？ Good English and ERP system knowledge
？ Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the company
