Main responsibilities:

· Continue to develop the role of Cooperate China as the major hub for the Group in China

· Represent Group's image in China in contact with Chinese authorities, government, and other influential and important authorities and contact persons to prepare and secure the further development of all Group's activities in China

· Develop and implement the business strategies in China according to Group guidelines and policies; drive the organization to achieve business objectives

· Continue to strengthen the Knowledge Base in specific areas like Legal, Tax, HR, Finance and provide top services to the Business Groups

· Initiate and drive project to utilize synergies between the various Business Groups and Entities in China

· Implement further shared services where feasible

· Continue to lead a team of highly qualified and motivated employees which are active in the Tax, Legal, Finance, Treasury and HR

· Represent as a strong global Company at the local labor market

· Provide know how and experiences as a senior executive in the sense of a sparring partner to the management of all subsidiaries in China also in business related questions

· Represent the needs and the local requirements of the subsidiaries in China to the headquarter overseas

· Take full responsibility (including P&L) for the Legal Entity

· Report direct to the Board of Management in headquarter



Requirements:

· University degree in economics or sciences/MBA preferred

· Minimum 10 years' experience in business management in famous international cooperates

· Minimum 5 years' experience in management positions including P&L, strategic planning and implementation in a multi-national company

· Strong Finance and Controlling management background in manufacturing or sales areas

· Good knowledge of Chinese and International Accounting Standards and/or Chinese labor management environment

· Interpersonal skills necessary to work closely with management at the European HQ and Chinese global subsidiaries

· Strong leadership skills with a proven record in managing cross functional teams

· A strong understanding of intercultural issues

· Fluent in English and Chinese

· Strong in execution

· Strategic thinking, solid problem solving capability

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Outstanding interpersonal skill

· Strong analysis and negotiation skills

· Strong in pressure management

· Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented

· Mature, highly initiative and strong sense of responsibility
