Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute POSM delopment progress,and ensure POSM can be developed based on Merchandsing Guideline and produced on time / in-full.
2. POSM production quality control
3. POSM agency management
4. POSM budget management for respective category: Budget proposal, Regular monitoring and risk management.
5. Regluar review whole POSM efficiency from: POSM execution rate with related COM/Sales team, inventroy rotation, Black/yellow stock.
Job Requirements:
1. Fully understand POSM channel/customer/shopper insights and well applied in POSM development
2.Have 2~3 years experiences for drive POSM development. (Know very well POSM materiails, producing technics etc. )
3.Have basic branding/category understaning
4. Project management skill and communication skill
