About Our Client
Our Client is Fortune 500 manufacturing company from U.S with stable growth and expansion in China.
Job Description
?Provide support to company's investment projects, including data collection, meeting management, and due diligence support;
?Support ongoing post-funded projects; help manage portfolio companies by coordinating regular communication cadence;
?Assist the project manager in implementing investment valuation and analysis, collect and sort the target's core financial, business, and legal information;
?Manage day-to-day department affairs.
The Successful Applicant
?A bachelor's degree majoring in finance, economics, or management etc.;
?Knowledgeable with financial auditing or corporate finance;
?4+ years of related work experience or those with CPA / CFA preferred;
?Solid written communication, in particular with PowerPoint presentations;
?Basic understanding of manufacturing and chemical industry;
?Good analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow with the team. A "can do" attitude.
