Sr. Sourcing Engineer - Logistics (欧美独资化工行业公司 物流供应商开发及管理)
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
1. Logistics procurement process optimization
2. Cooperation with Germany to setup Transport Model
3. Handling bidding process of big frame contract, includes:
- Understand Logistics Demand and Prepare for RFP/RFQ
- Search for potential Logistics service provider (LSP)
- Evaluation
- Contracting
- KPI performance evaluation of LSP, etc.
4. Logistics cost reporting
5. Sourcing and setup database of potential LSP
6. Logistics market study and analysis, in the aspects of transportation, warehouse, import, export, logistics project etc. Analysis logistics price trend in the market and track diesel oil price monthly.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
- At least have > 3 years working experience in logistic operation or 3P Logistic.
- Knowledge and experience of logistics transportation module.
- At least 3 years of foreign venture experience
- Initiative and teamwork
