职位描述
Finance Manager
（500强美资制造企业，寻求英语流利，有工厂财务经验的财务经理，丰厚的薪资待遇，广阔的发展前景。）
Responsibilities:
1. Financial planning & analysis. Establish key metrics gauge business performance. Develop internal processes and key performance indicators to help manage business according to key metrics. Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on metrics management.
2. Budgets, forecast & reporting. Manage internal process in preparing the annual budget prepared on a monthly basis and monthly forecast ensuring that the relevant departments and managers have agreed to and are responsible for all key budgetary line items. Regular reporting to the management on financial performance, variance analysis relative to budget, and explanation of all material variance.
3. Formulate strategies, policies and procedures, including cost, tax, assets, budget, credit and cash flow management.
4. Regular financial reporting to management.
5. Develop and implement effective internal financial systems and reporting for accounting, cash flow, employee reimbursement, and A/R & A/P systems. Manager receivables and payables, inventory according to internal standard.
6. Cash flow forecast and management. Monthly cash flow forecast and ensure hedge in place to address FX exposure.
7. Standard cost. Standard cost annual review, production variance analysis and monitor. Standard cost calculation for new product transfer. Actively involve and support Huzhou plant.
8. Capex. IRR, payback calculation for new capex application. FA monitor.
9. Implement global/ local best practice on internal control.
10. Compliance management. Ensure compliance with all internal and external.
11. Lead the financial department in PRC GAAP and US/ IFRS GAAP compliance and liaise with external auditors. Use the best local practice to effectively manage annual audit, tax planning, and invoicing in compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance.
2. Minimum of 8 years of working experience in finance department as a manager or above (experience in WOFE or foreign holding company preferred).
3. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in manufacturing.
4. Strong financial analysis skills.
5. Highly familiar with local best finance & Tax practice and relevant law regulations.
6. Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
