Tax Manager， 地点:漕河泾
全球化工德资巨头企业，负责总部税务业务，团队管理，广阔的发展平台
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
? Propose and support implementation of tax strategy for GC legal entities in cooperation with German headquarter Tax and Accounting department.
? Provide tax consulting to business model restructuring, transaction change, and to the investment project and business operation.
? Analyze business activities to identify the potential tax risks and opportunities (such as e.g.Hi-Tech certificates for R&D related tax optimization), and minimize the tax exposure;
? Review tax accounting and tax filing for GC legal entities, coordinate annual tax return.
? Provide tax expertise to other functions to support business, and streamline business operations;
? Pro-actively explore and analyze tax regulation changes, evaluate and visualize impact, generate activities and train relevant organizations.
? Coordinate overseas cross charge payments;
? Set up documentation packages to comply with the Transfer Pricing Regulations in China.
? Establish good relationship with the in-charge tax authorities and support investigations.
? Provide internal tax training and consultation for GC legal entities
? Lead in tax audit and support accounting audit
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)
? Bachelor or Master degree from University, majoring in accounting / economics, taxation, CTA or CPA preferred.
? Over 8 years working experiences within China tax environment.
? Work in leading tax firm / Big 4 firm in the Tax Practice or Corporate HQ or for a chemical MNC in China is of advantage.
? Strong communication and leadership skills.
? Fluent in both verbal and written English. German skills would be of additional advantage.
