Qualification required
？ This section will assist you in accurately describing the position qualifications and in determining that each requirement is a bonafide qualification, For each section, list the required skill and answer the questions for each skill.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Maintain SHE system:
？ Work out annual working plan of ISO14001, RC14001 & OSHAS18001(SHE management system).
？ Lead, arrange and organize internal audits.
？ Arrange and coordinate with SGS to do external audit.
？ Review all findings during internal & external audits and follow up corrective actions.
？ Be responsible for updating SHE legal requirements.
？ Be responsible SHE Doc. Control.
？ Be responsible internal auditors training and system awareness training, etc.
？ Be responsible for continuous improvement in SHE system.
？ Assist Management Representative to implement management review.
？ Coordinate all Regulations Affairs activities, including products registration, MSDS and label, etc.
？ Update SHE procedures based on China regulations and Cytec SHE standards.
？ Establish Occupational Health examination/monitoring, work with Medical Advisor to continuously improve occupational health management including chemical risk assessment, MERP, etc.
？ Track the EHS requirement of government and build effective communication with government.
？ Arrange and conduct SHE training, promotion and communication to improve employee’s awareness and competence of EHS; Establish and maintain SHE training plan and matrix.
？ Coordinate SHE suggestion program and other employees engagement initiatives.
？ Carry out other assignment assigned from time to time by her superior.
BUSINESS/TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCES(Must have):
？ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in SHE
？ At least 3 year experience in ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001. Lead assessor experience will be an advantage.
？ Knowledge in chemistry, safety and occupational health is preferred.
？ Familiar with Chinas EHS regulations/legislation and current scientific knowledge regarding
？ Familiar with manufacturing safety technology, chemical process is preferred
BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:
？ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
？ Strong English proficiency.
EDUCATION (Must Have)
？ Bachelor Degree in Safety & Environment or equivalent
Future Expectations of this Position(1 to 3 years):
？ To learn about safety and environment management.
Short-term Challenges Facing this Position(first 90 days):
？ To be familiar with corporate SHE standards and management system
