Job Output:
领导维修技术人员，在安全的前提下提供合格的维修服务，确保设备良好状态，达到生产平稳，实现工厂目标。
Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance sector in order to provide a prompt and qualified maintenance service under safety conditions that ensure the production smoothly and meet the company objectives.
主要职责：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
？ 1. 配合设备安装、试车、运行调试
？ Involve site all equipments installation and trial run, hot commissioning
？ 2. 领导建立并完善预防维修计划，并确保实施
？ Establish & develop & execute preventive maintenance plans.
？ 3. 组织维修技术人员对工厂提供及时、有效的维修、维护服务
？ Organize trouble shooters to provide timely and qualified maintenance service.
？ 4. 领导维修技术人员对工厂所有设备机械、电气、气动等各方面故障问题提供快速的停机响应
？ Provide quick response to production shutdowns and resolve the mechanical/electrical/pneumatic problems.
？ 5. 对维护及生产员工提供技术支持
？ Provide technical guidance and support to employees
？ 6. 与生产主管、工程师、技术员等共同对设备故障进行分析，提高设备可靠性
？ Work with production supervisor& engineer& technician, guide and participate the analysis of the machine breakdown to improve machine’s reliability.
？ 7. 跟进各类与维修相关的KPI指标，如设备利用率、故障停机时间，并不断改善
？ Track various KPI performance relating to maintenance such as MTBF (Mean time between failure), MTTR, Break down maintenance time, machine utilization rate, etc in order to make improvements
？ 8. 设备技术资料及设备固定资产管理
？ Technical document and fixed assets management
？ 9. 建立并更新所有的维护部门必须的维修档案
？ Keep updated files on all maintenance actions, manage and maintain proper documentation
？ 10. 小的设备改进项目管理
？ Small project work management
？ 11. 优化备品备件，控制维修成本
？ Cost control and optimization in terms of spare parts management.
？ 12. 确保完成部门EHS指标
？ Ensure the implementation of EHS measures.
？ 13. 跟班要求
？ Shift will be required.
？ 14. 其他被管理层分配的工作
？ Other tasks assigned by management.

Measures of Effectiveness:
？ KPI : OEE, MTBF, MTTR, Breakdown maintenance time ect.
？ Safety record of Engineering and Maintenance Department
？ Customer satisfaction - external and internal customers
？ Achieving at or below budgeted maintenance costs
？ Utilize Armstrong maintenance personnel to maximum efficiency and effectiveness
？ Quality and timeliness of the work
Qualifications Required:
？ 熟悉橡塑行业生产设备机械、电气方面的维修、保养知识
？ Proficient in the Maintenance procedure in mechanical and electrical for production equipment in rubber industries.
？ 了解各种相关技术规范、法规、政策
？ Understanding kinds of technical requirement& regulation& police
Educational/Vocational training:
College degree or above
大专或以上学历
- Practical Experience:
1. 5年以上维修技术领域工作经验，含2年管理经验
5 years or above experiences in maintenance technical areas with 2 years related leader role.
2. 相关维修管理软件的经验
Related experiences in maintenance managing software.
3. 良好的英语书写、阅读能力
Good English reading and writing ability
4. 具有计划，进度和组织技能： 预防维护程序和应用
knowledge around planning, scheduling and organizational skills: Preventative maintenance programs and applications.
5. 明白实际安全活动例如LOTO，焊接许可，密闭空间进入和PPE
Understanding of safe work practices such as LOTO; hot work permits; confined space entry and PPE.
6. 能相互影响各个层次人员
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
7. 电脑能力（OFFICE, CAD, VISIO, PM 软件）
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CAD, Visio, PM software.
8. 机械和电气知识
Mechanical and Electrical knowledge.
9. 注意对细节和很强的组织技能
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
