Manufacturing Manager –德国独资印刷设备公司，工厂在青浦，班车接送


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:

The Manufacturing Manager will take in charge of the Manufacturing workshop management, and report to the Deputy General Manager. On this position, his responsibilities include but not limited to:
？ Support the plant Management to run the manufacturing smoothly, provide overall management in the areas of material planning, production scheduling and execution, workforce management and overall safety etc.
？ Supervise staff to insure quality products are produced efficiently and delivered timely to customers.
？ Appropriately monitor material, labor, overhead, and expense spending to insure profitability of the manufacturing workshop.
？ Plan and monitor manufacturing budgets, analysis profit, price / cost relationship, make price together with production and procurement professionals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

？ University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or similar background with at least 5 years management experience.
？ Specific experience in the operations of a manufacturing industrial.
CNC or related experience is must, painting experience would be a plus.
Good English skills, both in oral and writing.
Excellent communication skills, both downward and upward in the organization.
Understanding of ERP systems and production documentation is essential.
Organization, planning, and execution skills are critical.
Candidates with energy and enthusiasm desired.
