职位描述
Job Description:
1. Provide On-site technical/Quality Engineering support to all Netgear ODMs & AVLs in China.
2. Perform NPI Supports (Test Plan, Test Program review, Manufacturing Gate Keeping), FAIs.
3. Work with ODM to cultivate Continuous Improvement Culture to ensure they continuously meet the FPY, OOBD and RMA goals.
4. Participate in manufacturing 6 sigma program initiative; Engage in Process Capability and QMS improvement.
5. Drive RMD FFR reduction through detail RMA failure analyses.
6. Ensure Products' Regulatory Compliance including RoHS, CTPAT, WEEE etc.
7. Frequently traveling is required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Electric or Computer science.
2. Good knowledge of NPI, SCAR, PCBA, FPY, OOBA, ORT and 6 sigma.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Ability of driving RMA/filing failure analysis to logical conclusion.
5. Strong leadership tp drive ODM continuous improvement.
6. Process ownershop and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Good English skills in listening, speaking and presenting.
8. Working experience in ODM or PA engineering is preferred.
