DIMENSIONS OF ASSIGNMENT

Reports to (position):  Technical Manager
Number of Subordinators:  5         

GENERAL

As a technical supervisor, be responsible to execute the UTP, lead quality or process improvement programs, assure efficiency and effectiveness of QMS, and control the quality of RM, finish products and process.


QUALIFICATIONS

？   Bachelor's degree or above in chemical fiber engineering, textile engineering or textile materials.
？   4 years or above working experience in manufacturing industry
？   Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving skills.
？   Strong technical aptitude (i.e. familiar with spinning & post-spinning process)
？   Experience with the practical application of fundamental quality control and improvement tools such as SPC, Cpk, DOE and etc.
？   Good communication skill, good command of English in both writing and speaking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

？   MBM & EHS. Advocate and implement MBM culture within Tech team, follow all the regulations including EHS procedure.

？   Execute the UTP including quality or process improvement programs.

？   Act as ISO “Quality Management Representative”.  Assure efficiency and effectiveness of QMS.

？   Quality control of finish products, process and raw materials;

？   Ensure customer complaints are well treated and take actions for continuous improvement.

？   6.   Ensure company Product Stewardship compliance standard are implemented throughout ISFI.

？   7.   Ensure company Intellectual Property compliance standard are implemented throughout ISFI.
