Engineered Product Sales Manager

REPORTS TO: China Sales Director
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Development
? ?Based on PSG’s Engineered Product offer develop sales strategy together with sales director, identify suitable application/market and target customer group accordingly, build up sales and channel plan
? ?Understand customer needs, quantify new business、application、customer、product opportunities, work closely with BD/Marketing/Opco to continuously expand and strengthen engineered product business in China
2. Sales & MBO Fulfillment
? Achieve company Booking and for Engineered Product each year.?budget Revenue
? ?Maintain & Expand business for existing customers and gain more business/new Customers
? ?Provide rolling booking and sales forecast, improve forecast accuracy
? ?Develop and manage sales opportunity pipeline, drive to win sales opportunities and increase hit rate
? ?Manage agreed MBO tasks, ensure on time fulfillment
3. Channel and KA Customer Development
? ?Work with sales director to establish national wide channel network according to agreed sales plan, develop new distributors to improve sales coverage
? ?Provide all necessary support eg.training, customer co-visiting, marketing promotion, joint bidding and so on to grow up new distributors
? ?Manage channel conflicts by implementation of channel policy and management tools, continuously improve channel loyalty
? ?Build up and own KA customers relationship, periodically visit KA customers together with distributors
4. Promotion and Customer Support
? ?Hold seminars and make presentations for Design Institutes, Engineering companies and Key Account Customers
? ?Visit Design Institutes, Engineering companies to have our products specified.
? ?Exhibitions and trade shows with distributors
? ?Select trade magazines, B to B websites for our Brand Recognition.
? ?Promote our unique of Technologies various brands in PSG
? ?Obtain market and major competitors information
? ?Work with technical manager, application engineers and Opco to tackle after sales service issue
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
? Booking and Sales Target
? Sales/channel coverage and productivity
? Number of KA customers maintained
? Implementation of agreed sales plan/MBO
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? BS Degree or above of mechanical engineering or chemical engineering
? Minimum 10 years fluid equipment sales experience in Oil/gas or chemical industry, gear pump sales experience is preferred .
? Understand channel management, have proven record to develop and maintain channel network
? Excellent communication and presentation skills (including skill with PowerPoint).
? Ability to communicate effectively in English
? Solid understanding of Positive Displacement Pump
? Strong developer of customers and relationships
? Ability to be flexible in a dynamic market
