全面负责公司采购、进出口工作及相关的政务业务办理工作
Responsible for import of CC liquid according to the production plan, take care of documents preparation and delivery, customers clearance of import raw materials, tariff payment, and domestic transportation
负责进口水剂
根据生产物料需求计划，负责原料水剂进口，及时寄送文件，安排进口原料报关，支付关税及进出口原料进仓时间。
Responsible for customs clearance of samples
负责样品的进口报关
Responsible for the external testing on finished products
负责成品的第三方检验
Responsible for transportation management of purchase and export, design effective transportation method to ensure material supply for production
负责采购及外销的运输管理
制定运输方案，节省运输成本，保证物料满足生产要求。
Responsible for product export according to sales orders:
①Select proper freight forwarding company and vessel taking into account cost saving
② Prepare export documents properly
③ Prepare monthly export report and apply for freight payments
根据销售订单，负责成品出口
① 根据每月运费价格及销售、生产计划，安排合适的船期合适的货代公司。
② 根据客户的要求准备各种不同的出口文件。
③ 每月底编制出口成品的实际出口报告，并申请之支付各货代公司出口运输费用
Responsible for transitions in the government departments relating to import and export
① Customs: application, change and cancellation of tax-free manual
② Commodity Inspection Bureau: export documents like certificate of origin, Plant Quarantine certificate and etc.
③ Commission of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation: application and report of tax-free manual
④ Chamber of Commerce: certificate of origin
⑤ Agricultural Inspection Institute: certificate of analysis issued by a 3rd party
⑥ Chemical Industry Research Institute: conditions identification of cargo transport
负责进出口相关的在政府部门的业务办理
① 海关：免税手册申请、变更及核销
② 商检：原产地证、植检证等出口文件办理
③ 外经贸委：免税手册申请备案
④ 中国商会：办理原产地证
⑤ 农业检测所：第三方出具的质检证（COA）
⑥ 化工研究院：办理货物运输条件鉴定书
Supervise on warehouse management with warehouse keeper
负责指导仓库管理
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Site Manager
完成厂区经理交付的其他工作
