Project Engineer（欧美独资公司，新能源行业，公司实力雄厚，在中国新建多家工厂）
Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for budget, scheduling, cost control for all capital projects.
？ Implement and monitor the assigned project and complete the project within the budget, on time and with quality.
？ To coordinate with Logistic and Finance and to collect/check payment information in order to provide monthly spending report.
？ Provide technical assistant to the plant
？ Co-ordinate projects managed by outside engineering resources
？ Provide support on re-design of mechanical components and tools as need
？ Assist E&M Manager to manage plant fix assets and update the relative documentation
？ Take the safety leadership on training/controlling/improving for project subcontractor
？ Take the ownership of managing plant equipment technical filing system
Requirements:
？ Engineering background, major in mechanical & electrical design or engineering
？ 6 years or above working experience at relative areas
？ PMP is a plus
？ Good health
？ Able to work under the pressure, especially work out of the normal working hours
