Training Supervisor - 世界500强法国公司,需要有培训框架搭建经验,多次国外培训和广阔的发展上升空间
Activities
? Training needs: undertake regular assessments of training needs and develop a annual training plan and programs to meet organizational needs.
? Training plan and programs: communication and implementation of plan and programs by using internal and external suppliers and consultants as required to meet identified training needs.
? Training evaluation: develop and implementation of effective processes for the evaluation of all training provided to ensure them compliance with the tracking system.
? Training effectiveness follow up: design and implementation of follow up system to ensure value-added application from training activities.
? External vendors and trainers management: Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and training providers to ensure that the organisation receives satisfactory standards of service.
? Training material matrix: Update the bilingual training manual annually to ensure a good communication to employee and provide them the most clear training courses to select. And build up on-the job training matrix to ensure each employee to qualify for his/her job.
? Training material management: Build up a external training material system to ensure every record is in tracking.
Accountabilities
? Manage training activities to ensure the training activities are conducted efficiently and cost-effectively.
? Build up and monitor training system and ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
Qualifications / experience required
? Bachelor or above degree in business management or relevant fields.
? At least 5 years human resource experience with over 3 years in a training role, preferably in manufacturing environment.
? Familiar with human resource and administrative practices and regulations, especially in training.
? Good command of English in both oral and written.
? Be proactive, self managed, result oriented and customer oriented. Team player.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence other people.
