Objectives of the Position
? Responsible for supportting the manager to develop,set up and monitor the quality management system.
? Use process oriented concept to support process owner running their process smoothly and effective to make sure the company overall target achieved.
? Identify the current status and build up continuous improvement process to maintain the
? system fufill the Automotive OEM requirements very stricly.
? Responsible for enlarging the QMS to BEACH new plant and Deployment the training accordingly
Main Tasks
? Identify the gap between current process and TS/customer requirement
? Coordinate the discussion on the gap closing and getting win-win solution in cross function team
? Support process owner to set up the KPI, and keep tracking on this
? Inciate the review of KPI for key process and get measures for continue improvement
? Analysis customer special requirement to make sure the implementation in the organization
? Responsible for enlarging the QMS to BEACH new plant and deployment the training accordingly.
? Implement the risk assessment to drive process omptimization
? Training and Coaching the team to implement the process, procedure and tools
? Implement the internal audit as schedule
? Coordinate 3rd-party and customer audit and action follow up
REQUIRED SKILLS SET:
? Very Familiar with TS16949, core tools and process management
? Familiar the special requirement of OEM customer, eg: VW, GM, BMW etc
? Be able to define and execute quality processes in a manufacturing environment
? Have strong project management skills with a focus on results
? Demonstrate ability to lead others to a win-win conclusion
? Have effective communication and teamwork skills
? Work closely with managers / supervisors and leads within organization
? Strong willingness to take responsibility
? Strong analytical skills and detail orientation as needed
? Ability to execute multiple priorities in a timely manner
Education, Competencies and Qualification Required
? Education: Bachelor or above, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
? Working Experience: > 5 years of related Automotive industry work experience.Chemistry,and coating industry experience preferred
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: TS 16949 Internal Auditor (with certificate) and related core tools utilization. Quality management skill and knowledge.
