Main Responsibilities
? Responsible for facilitation independently about orientation program (plant based), presentation skill and pererrorformance management for general staff.
? Responsible for monthly training inerrorformation (training program, participation and assessment) consolidation and analysis and payment management by HRIS support.
? Responsible for collection and clarification of suitable external training companies' profile after regular contact.
? Responsible for training administration support about internal/external training program kick-off.
? Responsible for HRIS (training portion) regular maintenance and improvement.
? Support immediate supervisor for individual/departmental training needs collecting, annual training plan drafting, communicating and implementation.
? Support HR staffing people for orientation program arrangement and documents improvement.
? Support training budget management.
? Support training management such as 5S.

Other Requirements
? Familiar with training administration support and facilitation skill.
? College degree or above.
? Fluent English, particularly in speaking and writing.
? Good at in Excel and Powerpoint.
? 3 years of training working experience in multinational companies, at least 2 years or above in one company for training operational support.
? Strong commitment in individual career development by pererrorformance driven awareness.

? Enable to strengthen training functional management.
? Has more chances to enhance analysis and communication capability by macro-view.
