AP Supervisor,500强外资企业
Job Description:
As the AP team leader, you will lead a team of 4 people and be responsible for:
Manage and monitor the whole AP process, pro actively analyze the process and initiate continual process improvement.
Manage intercompany reconciliation.
Review and ensure the AP team delivers accurate and timely service,
Work closely with cashier and finance manager to arrange the payment according to the company's cash position.
Review employee expense claim.
Good communication skills, proper treatments and stick to the principle.
Coach and develop team members.
Qualification:
The successful applicant should have strong leadership and solid experience in AP process;
familiar with internal control process, Foreign Exchange and other relevant accounting standard;
and also SAP experience is a must.
