Job Output
? Support L&D supervisor to execute the annual L&D plan including communication, facilitation, record maintenance and effectiveness tracking.
Key Process (Ownership/Participation)
? Work with Supervisor to collect training needs and transform the needs into training solutions.
? Assist and coordinate training arrangements, including participants confirmation, schedule notification, logistics coordination, on-site training support
? Provide support to the trainers in preparing presentation and handouts, editing, producing or designing training slides and materials for new programs
? Conduct pre-training survey and after-training evaluation and track the action plans per training needs
?Maintain and update accurate program and participants record and generate training reports as required
? Manage the on line training system to make sure timely update according to needs
? Assist supervisor to organize and coordinate the employee communication activities per plan
? Perform other communication and L&D initiatives as assigned

? Reports to the L&D Supervisor, China

Education & Work Experience:
? Bachelor's degree
? 1Y+ work experience in L&D function
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
? Good command in English speaking and writing
? Strong communication and interpersonal skill
? Good organizing and facilitation skill
? Detail oriented
? Be proactive and diligent
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
? Work in office environment and work overtime is required
