Systems Admin-荷兰独资公司 丰厚薪资 广阔空间 汇报：IT经理
Strategic Responsibilities:
l Hands on infrastructure Server and network troubleshooting experience would be advantageous to this position.
l Website optimization and maintenance, database design and maintenance, generate MS SQL based reports for various systems like ERP, online shop, and so on.
l Vendor management experience.
l Various applications support.
l Propose, define and obtain approval for the future integrated systems for the company.
l Communicate and deliver goals within a short period of time, involving local teams together to deliver key systems into the environment
l Develop and coordinate IT strategies throughout the local business keeping a standard throughout the organization.
l Analyze, create, measure, and optimize the company environment with automation scripts
l Play a key role in identifying, developing and implementing key IT strategies for the China office that directly impact the critical business requirements.
l Secure support from internal and external sources to fund and execute these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
l This role is focused on implementing and ensuring standards are correctly applied to the environment.
l Focus on web site designing and enhancement, quality database system build up and maintenance.
l Recommends solutions that better serve the business development for CLIDEN Shanghai and LCC.
l Coordinates with IT from other regions and countries to implement IT strategies and maintain IT infrastructures.
l Assists in maintaining a stable and secure IT environment for Cliden Shanghai and LCC.
Tasks:
l Maintain Navision and Infor Visual ERP systems ( Supply chain, Sales and distribution, manufactory)
l Deliver and support retail technologies such as POS, PC, Networking and so on.
l Web site designing and enhancement, quality database system build up and maintenance.
l Local PC and Server administration and support.
l Local backup process, IT security policy implementation.
l Identify reliable third party vendors.
l IT supports to WA plant in Shenzhen, business travelling may be required.
Requirements :
l Dynamics NAV, NetSuite, MS CRM, Salesforce.com, SAP, SAGE( One of these major ERP applications)
l Various programing experience with MSSQL, MySQL, HTML, , CSS
l Open source CMS such as Zencart, Magento, and Drupal experience ( Advantageous but not a requirement) and so on.
l Experience with .NET, ASP.NET, PHP and MS-SQL development, experience with double byte languages. EDI manipulation, portal sites creation experience
l Certification MCP( required), MCSE, Cisco’s CCNA( advantageous )
l Backup Exec v10+, Arcserve, or other backup applications
l Strong written and verbal communication skills
l MS Office 2007/2010 with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
l Strong negotiating skills
l Passion for innovative software and customer interaction
l Multi-tasking
l Good analytical skills
l BA in IT or Related Field ( Degree)
l Must be willing to travel and flexibility with working time
l English
