The purpose of Planning Supervisor – Production Plan Position is to be in charge of Production plan function and to manage production planning making including home-trade & export products of both Shanghai and Shenzhen factories. Manage purchase order and inventory for OEM products (FG & SFG). Also to be key user of APO and APO master data gate-watcher. And assist planning manager to optimize planning operation.
计划主管-生产计划是负责生产计划的制定，包括国内和出口产品，同时管理外购产品的订单及库存(成品及半成品)，也是APO的关键用户及APO主数据的监管人，同时协助计划经理优化日常操作。
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1. Consolidate domestic / export customer requirements and organize production plan making. Be responsible for the KPI of PP function;
根据国内市场和出口客户的需求，组织制定生产计划。对生产计划的KPI负责。
2. Balance the production between home trade and export sales to meet customers’ requirement. And provide FG available schedule to export logistics team timely;
平衡国内与出口的生产安排以满足客户需求，并按时将产品完工时间表提供给出口物流部。
3. Keep good communication with Production team for machine running status, capacity (both for labor & machine) etc. in order to coordinate and facilitate high plan attainment rate;
与生产部保持良好沟通，及时了解设备运行状况、产能变动及产线人员状况，以推动计划完成率的提高。
4. Maximize APO function for production planning and be responsible for SAP/APO data accuracy;
最大程度的在APO系统中制定生产计划，并对SAP/APO数据准确性负责。
5. Monitor APO master data, keep good communication with IT and RSO to solve APO issue effectively and keep APO running smoothly, meanwhile continuously develop APO system functions to fulfill business requirement.
监督管理APO主数据，与IT和RSO保持良好沟通及时解决APO系统问题，以保证APO系统的正常运行；并不断开发系统功能，以使APO系统更好为日常业务服务。
6. Be responsible for PO placement and forecast communication for OEM products. Keep good communication with OEM supplier to well understand capacity status in supplier side, to build sufficient inventory for OEM products to ensure there is no supply issue cause by planning, and also closely monitor the materials status of discontinued products to minimize the write off cost.
负责对外购产品的采购订单及预测沟通。与OEM供应商保持良好的沟通，充分了解供应商的产能状况，以对外购产品建立充足的库存，确保没有因计划原因而造成缺货。同时关注即将停产产品的材料库存以减少报废。
7. Make period transfer plan and provide transfer forecast to logistics dept. Make and monitor RDC transfer order in SAP/APO, book cabin according to required Lead-time and initiate timely action to any unexpected delay;
制定期间转仓计划，并向物流部提供转仓预测。在APO/SAP系统中制作转仓定单并跟踪在途订单状态，根据所需在途时间预订相关的转仓工具，同时对于意外的延期到货及时采取相关补救措施。
8. Arrange POP or merchandising materials transportation to RDC according to plan;
根据计划安排广告海报或其他促销品的转仓。
9. Assist planning manager to optimize planning operation.
协助计划经理优化日常操作
