BASIC FUCTIONS
Aggregate and analyze demand requirements (requirements / forecast is jointly owned by Sales and Marketing), generate production/purchasing requirement to the plants and inter-companies, plan rough-cut capacity for Plumbing North America products. Ensure that manufacturing production levels and volumes are well planned in accordance with customer needs and manufacturing efficiency. Manage product inventory levels to maximize profitability while ensuring world class response times to customers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ø In charge of monthly rolling sales forecast for both local and export by close and frequent interactive communication with marketing and sales.
Ø Prepare monthly master scheduling to support 8 plants' production through close coordination, trying to reduce total supply cycle time in order to increase flexibility and quick responsiveness to market change
Ø Participate in monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) process
Ø Track inventory availability to ship, analyze product inventory performance
Ø Track past due and take corrective action on safety/actual stock level to achieve high service level (on time delivery).

Ø Reports to Senior Supply Chain Manager
Ø Frequent contacts with Sales Managers and associates
Ø Frequent contacts with Marketing Department
Ø Frequent contact with distributors
Ø Frequent contacts with Materials Departments in 8 plants

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

University graduate or above with minimum 6-7 years experience in similar role: Demanding planning, Inventory Control, Master Scheduling, Forecasting. Good English and well computer literate MS-Office suit window 97. High positive attitude and tactful communication skill. SAP PP/MM/SD related experience is a plus.
